This Weeks Running Class

  I will be honest, it kicked my butt! It was mostly uphill, snow, ice, and a slipped and fell twice. But I did it! I love trail running and I will love it even more when climbing the inclines are not so difficult for me. The view was breathtaking.

                            First thing I did was chop up a whole can of artichoke hearts (in water) squeezed out excess water and put in a bowl, I diced up about 6 green onions and added this to the bowl with a half of a package of Daiya mozzarella cheese.
